I had a really good experience with Vector Media Group overall. The team was easy to talk to and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing what was going on. I did run into a tricky issue that was frustrating on my end and took some back-and-forth to explain, but they stayed patient, figured out what was wrong, and got it fixed quickly. They also followed up afterward, which I appreciated. Overall, it felt smooth and low-stress, and I’d be happy to work with them again.

I had an okay experience with Vector Media Group overall, but the timing really threw me off. In the beginning, everything sounded smooth and manageable, so I went into it thinking the process would be more organized than it ended up being.

Once the project got going, replies started taking longer than I expected, and some updates came in later than what we had talked about. It kind of gave me that bait-and-switch feeling, like the expectations were set one way upfront but the actual pace was something else. I understand projects can shift, but I found myself having to check in more than I wanted to.

The final work was fine, and I’m not saying it was a disaster, but the delays made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I might consider using them again, but only if I had a very flexible timeline and the deadline wasn’t a big deal...
